What a fabulous service, arrived at Gatwick 4am to be greeted by a very courteous and smart employee, who assisted with our suitcase and before taking our car, fully explained the procedure for collection on our return. After landing a quick call to say we were back and after a delay at the conveyors waiting for baggage, we exited the airport and within minutes were re-united with our car, the same courteous man loaded our suitcase into the car and we were on our way. First Class service, definately recommended if you want a quick and easy way to fly from Gatwick. Would definately use again.

A very good service. We were asked to ring as soon as we had landed, and then again when we cleared customs. It seems as though the first call was pointless. It seemed rather a long wait on the roadside for the car to arrive (20 mins) - Wouldn't fancy doing this in the winter.

On departure I telephoned to ask if the car could be collected early, in fact I had to wait for about 20 mins until someone arrived. I would have appreciated a phone call to inform me that the person was running late. On return the first number of the receipt did not work and that was worrying, the second number did ring but it took quite some time to respond. However, the car was waiting for me as I exited the terminal. Overall I was satisfied with the service, however, I do think that the staff should be wearing uniform.

This is the first time I have used this company,good service,good price, will use you again and recommend you to family and friends.

We had no problems with meet & greet we waitied for the car for 5 mins. The only issue I have is the phone line is not clear when you are speaking with someone, it keeps breaking up or just cuts off. Would recommend this service and would book again.
