Excellent service on the pick up the car - departure from LGW. However too many telephone calls and awaiting about 20minutes on returning to LGW.

Departure was excellent quick and proffesional. There was a delay returning our vehicle but the company were quick to compensate for a genuine error. I would use this service again

A prompt and friendly service. Not knowing Gatwick very well some sort of signage would have helped us find the car drop off point instead of us driving passed it and having to be collected by the pick up driver and guided to the point.

I was very happy with the service. Thought it was excellent value for money. However on my return, i called on arrival in baggage area & again when i had my cases (as instructed) but still had to wait 15 mins in the freezing cold for my car to arrive. Then when i saw my car arrive, i signalled the driver, but he drove past me & parked 100 yards away, on the other side of the road!! which was a pain, as i had to take then trolley back up to the crossing & cross over to where he pulled up. Would be nice if the driver was given a brief description of owner, ie red coat, 3 people, so that the driver can pull up where you are standing. But having said all that, i would use the service again.

Slight communication challenge upon arrival despite trying to reach EP for 20 mins prior. However driver turned up within 10 mins and was courteous and polite and very apologetic for the delay. Arrival was fairly smooth - just a short 10 min wait (down to the chaos caused by the snow). Driver helped pack our bags and finished the necessary paperwork. It was great to jump into a warm car. Despite the few minor inconveniences, great value for money and still significantly quicker than using the traditional long stay car parks with transfers etc Will seriously consider using this service in the future.

They were there waiting for us on arrival 15 mins after calling. You have to call when you have landed and then once you have collected your luggage, they then meet you with the car we felt we waited quite sometime for them to arrive approx 15mins(in the cold). We have used meet and greet a number of times and this was the longest we have waited on the return for our car to be delivered

Satisfied with the service, and value for money. The only downside to park and go, was the arrogant little man who answered the phone when we gave them our twenty minute!! from the airport call. He promptly reminded us that we were late and that we should not expect somebody to be waiting for us when we arrive as we are not the only customers of the day!!. All this after being held up on the QE2 bridge, and dashing along the Motorway at speeds in excess of the speed limit this was not the welcome response we expected!!my husband was furious. However the man that greeted us when we arrived was very nice and very helpful, as was the man who greeted us on our return.

Overall the service was good, on drop off I had to wait about 5 mins for the driver to arrive, I did phone 20 mins before arrival. The parking warden was hovering but said as long as I was with the car it would be OK. The driver arrived apologized and did not delay me further. On arrival return of car was good quick and efficient. I would recommend the service and use it again.
