What a fantastic service! Your car is parked for you and ready at reception upon your return, it really made our trip so much easier. This a very well, smoothly run operation - well done!

All good except one small thing. When I arrived back about 9pm at night I was given my keys and told Bay 52 but no mention was made about the business card put on the counter. It was sheer luck I was tempted to pick it up (because on the back was the exit code to leave the car park). I sat at the barrier wondering what to do until I thought there may be a clue on the card. This might have been explained a little clearer at the counter as not everyone uses APH every day.

I booked last minute and had no problems. Easy to find and very friendly staff and I will recommend the not on anyone!

We have used this car park several times in the past year and cannot fault it. Instructions to the car park are clear and on arrival our car was driven away to a parking space almost immediately. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the bus driver helps with our cases. On return to the car park our car is always ready for us in one of the collection spaces. Reception staff are very quick to hand our car key back to us even when we have just returned to the car park with a bus full of other passengers. We do not hesitate to book this car park and the price is always very good too.

Very efficient service - recommend it - only downside is walk from bus to terminal but it is undercover.
