Reviewed on 15th March 2014Arrived at off airport car park at agreed time and was greeted by pleasant staff and directed to a bus (looked almost new) which left after 2 minute wait and dropped us at south terminal...return journey was after calling APH the bus arrived within five minutes and the car was ready and waiting when we arrived at car park. Thank you for first class service.

Reviewed on 28th December 2013Absolutely fantastic parking company - I'm on their mailing list so was sent a promo code that reduced my cost (very well priced parking). The staff are great and the bus driver went out of his way to warn us of traffic problems on the M25 and gave us an alternative route back to the west country. Second time I've used them and will continue to use them in the future

Reviewed on 29th June 2013Easy to book, helpful staff. My only concern is how carefully does your car get treated whilst your away. I left my car in working order after long journey. On my return I was faced with my cars front suspension broken and tyre ripped to shreds. Tyres were covered in mud like it had been in a rally. Was told the spring broke whilst they were moving the car. The damage caused I know would not have happened if driven carefully. Had to get recovery to take us home. This has left me suspicious about behind the scenes.

Reviewed on 22nd January 2013Worst experience in the 10 trips I made last year. Had to wait 30 mins in the cold and snow for a bus, then when we did arrive at the car park, I was told where the car was, but it was the wrong car! more waiting until my car could be traced. Never again will go back. I always use Meet and Greet, even though they might be slightly more expensive, but you get excellent service.
