Gatwick APH Reviews

First time user and I thought the experience was excellent. I normally use summer season car parking, but they got greedy with their prices, so I decided to try a cheaper option. APH were the cheapest and so much more efficient. I was treated like a VIP. The service was quick and of a very high standard. To the point where, upon my return, my car wouldn't start. I didn't need to go begging for assistance. A man came out straight away and helped me get my car started. Cannot praise APH enough. It was so refreshing to actually be treated like a customer. To pay for a service and receive a service in return. As long as APH do not get greedy with their charges, I will most definitely be using them again and now, so will my friends and family.

We have not used APH before, but found the service very good. The transfer to and from the airport was run like clock work with no delays and on our return our car was there ready for us to drive away. Would use APH again and would recommend the service to others.

Excellent! Not only the best value but the procedures were easy to follow and flawless. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. I shall have no hesitation in using the facilities again and recommending my friends to do likewise.

It was very helpfull that the driver helped with handling my bags as I have a problem with lifting.

booked my car in with you numerous times now always very good ,this time the only issue i had was as we approached the coach on our return the driver was pulling out to drive away , i waved to him but he choose to ignore me even though i was at the correct stop 13 ,. and yet the same thing happened on the next coach and this time the driver stopped and collected the people, . . only perhaps a small issue but means an awful lot to returning travellers

Very easy to book and use. No fuss was made about arriving approx 1 hr earlier than originally stated. Delayed return due to volcano eruption. No problems with organising friend picking up car later than expected. Only reason not rated a 5 is that there was ash on the car from somewhere !!

This offsite parking service is brilliant! The best I have ever used. Very efficient. Quick, regular bus transfer to Gatwick terminal. Polite, friendly staff. Easy to book and reasonable. Would definitely use again - as soon as I can afford my next holiday lol.

I have used APH services for the last few years in total about five occasions. The site is easy to access from the motorways and from the time of arrival booking in,transfer to the airport is the best start to any trip be it business or holiday. The return trip is stress free with the coach generally at the stop or there within minutes. Add to this the 10% discount for future bookings, will certainly make us rebook for our next trip later in the year.

First class service,i'll use them again.
