Gatwick APH Reviews

On the way to the airport, not a bad service. Mind you that was 3am and not a busy time. However on the return to my car, quite simply a disaster ! Took 4 coaches to get on one with our luggage. My lady managed to get on two coaches, and had to come off them, because there was no room for our luggage ! Very poor customer interaction from the drivers. However good service from counter staff who were reacting to calls from drivers about disgruntled customers !!

Overall very happy with the service i received. I would most definitely use the service again.

I have used APH park & go facility for four years and cannot fault the service. From booking on the internet,instructions as to getting there (having to negotiate the M4/25 & 23) are concise and easy to follow. On arrival the staff from booking in, to the drivers couldn't be more helpful, making the onward journey more bearable. Although it may appear that the location is some way from Gatwick the coaches are modern,comfortable and regular. On returning a simple free phone call prior to leaving the terminal ensures that when arriving at the pick up point the coach is either there or arriving. Though it isn't recommended (but did happen last week) I mislaid the collection paperwork, but even this didn't cause a problem with the staff who easily overcame the problem, processing the handover within minutes of arrival as is the usual service. I can recommend APH knowing that one part of what can be a nerve wracking experience is taken care of, and look forward to our next holiday Easter 2010.

My experience with APH parking was excellent with quick expert transfers to and from carpark to the airport i would the service again and recommend to my friends and relations

I have used APH a few times before and this time was no different. Great service, smooth, easy and efficient. With a child at 3am in the morning you need it to go without any problems and the service we received was great. I will definitely use APH again.
