Describing it with one word. Amazing!!! More in depth. First of all it is easy to locate the parking. Well displayed signs. Next thing the parking is very organised, dropping the keys is super easy, the shuttle buses are very frequent and they are big with a lot of space for luggage. The best for the last, the staff members are very friendly, helpful and professional. On the way back when I collected my car, my car remote battery was dead, I asked one of the staff members for help and he changed the remote battery. I really think that the value for money is totally worth it considering that everything is well organised. Easy 5 stars review from me.

First time using APH and everything went very smoothly. Their directions were helpful and parking car and transfer to and from airport was easy. Our flight was delayed on return and the driver informed us that the M23 had been closed but very kindly showed us an alternative route to the M25. Would certainly recommend using them to my friends and family.
