Gatwick APH Reviews

I was using APH for first time and I was well impressed with their services. Parking area is well sigh posted, its in a new area with easy navigation where to leave and pick up your car. Personal was very efficient, both persons I was in contact with were smiling and helpful which in 3am (dropping the car) and around midnight (collecting car).

Very accommodating after our flight was cancelled. Great set up and throughly recommend and will definitely use again, thank you.

The car park was a little further from Gatwick than we expected however, when we arrived at the car park there was staff available to give instructions and directions. The whole process was swift and hassle free. The transfer was there waiting, even on our return we only had to wait a short time for the bus. The charge for the parking was very reasonable as we had a 16 seater. I would definitely use APH again.

Easy to find, frequent buses to airport and simple instructions for return.

Strongly recommend the use of this car park. had very good experience. Very friendly staff. No waiting both on the way to the airport and also on the return, even though it was past midnight. Will definitely use this car park for all my travels.

The whole experience was great from the directs given when booking it from arriving at the airport. The staff were very polite and helpful even at 03:00 hours. The bus service was very good didn’t have to wait long either end. Good rates also. I will definitely be using them again. 😊

Very convenient overall, bus to collect did take some time however (35 minutes from text message).
