On time.

Excellent service, even delivered the car to another terminal when we returned on a different flight. Very courteous staff. Noticed that the car had 12 miles on the clock .

We arrived late back from holiday due to flight delay but car waiting for us two minutes after we got to car park. Brilliant service.

Service was okay but we were waiting at least 20 minutes in the car park late at night for our car to be delivered.

Second time I used this company for meet and greet, 5 star.

Very good service, only comment I would say is the South African guy needs to have some customer service training as found him very abrupt on the phone, maybe he is unaware of this. Also I had to wait nearly 40 minutes for my car to be delivered & again I can appreciate your busy on arrivals but at least if you give a estimated time of delivery it would help.

I often use this service and am generally happy with it. The only thing is the last two occasions we have not found anyone ready to meet us and have had to call again. Not generally a problem but if we were in a hurry, it might be. Service on the whole better on the way back. I would still recommend this way of parking at the airport.

I have used Park and Go previously and every time I have received excellent service. The staff are cheerful, even at silly o'clock and helpful. The process upon return runs smoothly and my car has been returned in the same condition as when I left it.
