waited 40 minutes outside, constantly being told his car was just coming. The driver was on his way. Only another 5 minutes , just a few minutes away. 10 phone calls and 40 minutes later it arrived. No apology. I emailed to complain. They only keep records for 14 days so couldn't help.

Had to wait for an extra 20 minutes after giving 20 minutes notice in the first place. Traffic had held us up already and this was the last thing we needed. On return we then had to wait for 30 minutes and chase them. With waits this long we may as well have saved money and gone with a shuttle service.

It was a convenient and easy way of parking. We were given clear instructions as to where to be met. We gave our car key over to a pleasant guy who wished us a nice holiday. On return we phoned a number and again the same guy came to greet us with our car. Simples!

Have used several times. In generally okay. Only problem this time was 20 minutes + waiting for my car to be returned when we landed. In general very satisfied with your service.

We parked our car for 4 days. The service was quick and the staff were polite. No hassle! However, I don't know where the car was parked because it was covered in a sticky film, I think probably under some trees or something! It was hard to wash off.

Excellent service, even delivered the car to another terminal when we returned on a different flight. Very courteous staff. Noticed that the car had 12 miles on the clock .
