LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Very simple process at a fair price.

Excellent service as usual, drop off smooth and without delay, pick up was supposed to be 15 minutes after our call, but the car was already in the car park when we arrived, despite being 2 hours late at 3:30am! Will definitely be using again and recommending to my clients too.

I read some of the negative reviews after booking the parking so I was worried about how it will be but the whole experience was so smooth and easy from start to finish. You drop your car off in the short stay car park to a representative and pick it in the same way. You don't need to worry about taking a bus or shuttle, or paying for the car park ticket everything is handled. I will definitely be using LG Parking Meet & Greet again for my future trips from Gatwick Airport!

Great service. Easy to find on the ground floor of car park 5 at Gatwick. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Car was taken off site but very few miles added on the clock and car was returned in the same condition I dropped it off in. I would definitely use LG Parking Meet & Greet, Gatwick again.

Perfect service.

Works well. Had a short wait when dropping the car off (despite calling when 20 minutes away), and another wait of 5 minutes plus when collecting the car, having called when through passport control. Otherwise all fine.

Everything was good well worth the money. We paid the only downside on the return journey. We were told to go to level one where the car was actually at ground level apart from that and it’s short delay everything was fine.

Service was adequate in terms of meet and return ease BUT my car came back covered in mud outside and the drivers mat was also totally covered inside. Assume it was stored in a field and the returning driver took no care to clean/cover their feet on entering to repatriate me with it. Having just had it valeted before we went away this is totally unacceptable. I have complained by email as instructed but to date not even had a courtesy reply to acknowledge the issue. Won’t be using ‘Sure Meet & Greet’ again!

Great service as usual, super easy to drop the car off and although the 20-minute wait between picking up your luggage and getting your car back seems long when you are tired from the plane, it's still a lot more convenient than taxis or shuttle services! I'll be back again soon and have no hesitation in recommending LG Parking Meet & Greet.
