Reviewed on 27th October 2015Excellent service overall. My only quibble is the length of time (about 20 minutes) it took for our car to be delivered back to us in the car park at Gatwick. We were promised 20 minutes and that is what it took.

Reviewed on 7th October 2015This was altogether a different experience from the disastrous experience with First Choice we had last time, who are known in the Gatwick area as con men who regularly go bankrupt every two years or so. LG was polite, on time and looked after the vehicle well. More than happy to recommend them to future customers and will certainly use them again.

Reviewed on 5th October 2015Thought this company was great, on time, no fuss, car fine. Only 1 point from 5 out of 5 and excellent was the directions to the car park. If you don't know where they are to drop car you can get stuck in lanes of traffic and not get out. Other than that they were great, will use again.

Reviewed on 5th October 2015I cannot understand the ruling that you have to phone the car park once luggage has been collected. The flight. was already one hour late in arriving and having to wait another 20 minutes for my car was annoying. Surely to phone just as you get to collect your luggage would be more efficient for all of us. Both drivers on collection and delivery were courteous and efficient and apart from this one niggle I would use them again.
