Reviewed on 26th May 2014System worked well as usual - with one reservation. Upon return to Gatwick the access telephone number failed. I was referred from one number to the alternative and back again several times. All OK in the end because I was contacted by Park & Go - but not until after a few moments of minor panic !!!

Reviewed on 29th August 2012The service was good, although we did have to wait at drop off for the driver to turn up, which was annoying considering we had rung a long time before and wanted to get checked in. Would be helpful if the drivers were more prominent, some of the other companies have a uniform so you know who they are and where to go. Price was very competitive and apart from the above; would probably use again.

Reviewed on 18th May 2012Phoned us to ensure we were up and ready to travel as our flight was at 07:00, when we arrived they were waiting for us perfect. On our return we called and they told us to call again once we had our baggage which we did. On arrival at the pick up point we had to wait for around five minutes, otherwise it would have been a perfect score.
