The service was good, although we did have to wait at drop off for the driver to turn up, which was annoying considering we had rung a long time before and wanted to get checked in. Would be helpful if the drivers were more prominent, some of the other companies have a uniform so you know who they are and where to go. Price was very competitive and apart from the above; would probably use again.

Phoned us to ensure we were up and ready to travel as our flight was at 07:00, when we arrived they were waiting for us perfect. On our return we called and they told us to call again once we had our baggage which we did. On arrival at the pick up point we had to wait for around five minutes, otherwise it would have been a perfect score.

Very convenient service and I'd recommend it to others. But the location of handover point isn't clear. 'Outside Sofitel hotel' isnt enough. Really you need your own allocated space for meeting/picking up, properly signposted.

Pick-up was perfect. For night time arrival on return journey having the car delivered to the airport door is a real bonus, even if on my occasion it was just a little slow off the mark.
