LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Everything was good well worth the money. We paid the only downside on the return journey. We were told to go to level one where the car was actually at ground level apart from that and it’s short delay everything was fine.

Bad start as NCP car park Gestapo style female foreign speaking attendant would not move the cones, blocking the entrance to car park 5, when asked about 5 times. Finally understood what she was shouting at me about and showed our voucher. A simple sign, IN ENGLISH, would have sufficed. On return the wait was slightly longer than usual. But still a good service from LG Parking Meet & Greet.

Driver waiting for us at airport on arrival after phoning as requested when 20 minutes away. Had to wait half an hour for car to be brought back when returning but no big deal with that. Good service overall.

Good as always, slight delay on the return this time, but I will use again.

Very good. Unfortunately, for some reason I had to collect the car from North Terminal when I landed at the South Terminal. They said the road was closed the way the LG Parking drivers get to the South Terminal, yet my colleagues had taxis arrive from Woking to pick them up. Still, only added another 15 minutes.

Very good service .Did not give 5 stars because we had to wait 20 minutes for car to be picked up. An explanation was given and was acceptable. On return, the car arrived the same time as we did, so excellent.

There when we arrived. Could have been quicker after landing but not bad. Just passed your details to my Ukrainian friend.

Easy pick up...staff waiting in dedicated area.

Efficient and punctual. Courteous drivers.

Excellent service as per normal, but I still have the same old gripe, takes for to long to answer the phone and takes far to long to deliver the car after said phone call. Needs to be looked at as it is rather irritating to say the least.
