LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

I only gave them 4 out of 5 this time as I didn't like having to use car park 6, I much prefer, and one of the main reasons I return, the easy use of ground floor car park 5. Everything was as normal i.e. an excellent service, although 20 minutes tends to be a tad longer than 20 minutes

Very nearly a five star experience. The drop off went very smoothly as the driver was already on hand on arrival (be aware that the arrangements at Gatwick North are impacted by some works so drop off and collection is at car park 6 - something we learned as we called ahead en route to the airport) . Collection was fine with the car arriving around 25 minutes after our call from the baggage hall. Had we been advised of the new arrangements ahead of time and had the car been returned within 20 minutes we would have given 5 stars as the drivers were easy to deal with and phone calls answered quickly each time(not always the case with parking companies). Overall a good service.

Disappointed at 30 minutes wait for delivery of my car on return to Gatwick.

Check in went okay. But waited for 40 minutes for car to be returned after the ‘we’ve got our bags’ call. Never had to wait that long before.

It was my first experience, I entered the meet and great as email had explained but as could not see a person to collect my car . I called the office number and was told to enter level 2 and ended up paying another £20 so mixed messages made the experience quite stressful after was meant to be stress free . Coming back collecting my car was straight forward and smooth though . Now I know the format I would highly recommend the service.

Overall pretty good but the pick up took about 35 minutes after we called them.

The overall experience was okay. The only down side was that we have to wait for 30 minutes in the car park until they brought the car back.

Excellent service.

Did everything they said on the website, no frills but drop and collection both easy. Would use again.
