Overall, it was a smooth and care-free experience. On our way there, there was a fire somewhere and we were told different things from different people as to where to go instead, but once sorting that out, we ended up at the South Short Term car park and the pick up was smooth. However, the agent seemed a bit lacking in enthusiasm, but I can feel for them. On our return, the car was there waiting for us after phoning ahead. I’d use them again in the future.

Good price and a great service. Had no issues at all and would recommend.

They did what I paid them to do and returned my car in same condition I left it in. No more to add really. I would therefore use again if their prices remained competitive

Efficient and Professional. Staff were punctual and friendly. Only down fall was the car was returned covered in bird poo! Would use in the future.

Had a lovely experience - easy to find and car was waiting for us once we returned. Staff were very polite. Only downside was the car was covered in mud.

Very good service going out but 30 minutes wait for car on our return in the freezing cold. We phoned again in the car park and the guy said it’s rush hour but we didn’t encounter any traffic, we phoned as requested after we received our case, but I’m sure this isn’t usually the case as service has been better when we’ve used them before and we would recommend them and use again.

Drop off was very efficient Pick up was slightly less so after picking bags up we waited at the pickup point. We were waiting there for 20 minutes and it was 30 minutes from bag pick up other people seem to be before us.

Used LG Parking Meet & Greet for decades now, but only a 4 star this time as we were left far too long, at a non busy time, waiting in the freezing cold. The attitude of the foreign, bad English, man on the phone when, after nearly 20 minutes, I rang to enquire if the car was on its way as we were freezing, left a lot to be desired. I would have given a 3 just for his awful attitude, but the guy who wandered into the waiting area to hand over car was quite nice. So I'm presuming that he was sitting somewhere in the warmth and was contacted to say the car was about to arrive. I see no reason why contacting me, when my car is approaching the car park isn't all part of the service, save any unnecessary waiting in a cold featureless car park, we could have kept warm in a nearby cafe. Just a thought.
