Reviewed on 24th November 2018Only a short wait on arrival which was good given we arrived 20 minutes early, return collection worked very well with us arriving at the collection point at the same time as the car. Polite staff, only slight issue was took several calls on return to let them know we had landed back, would use again.

Reviewed on 14th November 2018Very good drop-off. Delayed pick up which was frustrating as we kept being told “20 minutes“ whereas in fact the rain and traffic has meant there were no drivers available to bring our car back. First poor experience with otherwise good service.

Reviewed on 5th November 2018Little bit confusing on arrival as we arrived before the operator and had no idea where to park. Car park was a couple of minutes walk from the terminal (south) so very easy to find on the way back and easier with 3 children. Car was there when we got back, no issues there.

Reviewed on 15th October 2018Convenient and efficient, no hesitation to recommend. The only issue is having to readjust driving position, mirrors, air con, lights radio etc when collecting the car. They all worked perfectly well when dropped off. Why do you need to change the controls ?

Reviewed on 25th July 2018The car was ready and waiting for collection, before I had checked and sat in the car the Operative was after my signature, not professional. Got in the car only to find my trip settings had been reset and all the radio settings were for some Asian networks. I was also receiving warnings for low tyre pressures, which I have now sorted. I do not think that a professional 'Meet and Great Company' should reset anything, This is the first time this has happened in the 5 or 6 times that I have used your company before. After reading that other companies operating the service had been using the customers vehicle for other purposes, I was starting to get worried. LG will you ensure that your operatives are told not to mess with car settings please.
