LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Always had excellent service from LG. This time it was disconcerting when we couldn't get an answer on the phone number to say that we were nearly there. To be fair they called us back a few minutes later but we were worried that there was a problem. Apart from that the service was great. Hope it's as good next week when we use them again.

Fantastic service as always, had to change my booking late on as circumstances dictated a flight change but was hassle free with one email to sort the date change. Fast and efficient on the return with car waiting as stated, only criticism was on drop off we rang 20 minutes before arrival and waited for nearly 30 mintes (in total) before someone took the car off of us, I had a pregnant wife with us and it was cold due to time of flight. Would still recommend and use again though.

After making our booking to park at Gatwick Airport, we received all the information required by e-mail to make sure all went smoothly. It included in detail, when to telephone to let them know when we would be arriving, the name and number of the car park and the exact location of it at the airport. When 20 minutes away I telephoned the given number, the man on the other end asked for our car registration number, he then confirmed again, who we were and location of the parking area. On arrival a man was there to answer questions and to reassure us that we were in the right place. Another person appeared, looked over the car for any damage, gave us a card with the return details clearly printed with what to do and when to do. He then took the car and we took our luggage and set off on holiday. On returning, we rang as requested once we had retrieved our luggage, were again given conformation of where to collect the car. With just a short wait the car was delivered back to us, we were given a ticket to exit the car park which was all included in the cost. Easy and stress free, a job well done.

Excellent service, helpful staff. Would be much better if when the car is picked up at the hotel, the driver was able to drop us off at the airport.

Really good service, had to wait about 10 minutes for the car to be returned, that is the only think that let it down slightly. Overall very good.
