Excellent service as per normal, but I still have the same old gripe, takes for to long to answer the phone and takes far to long to deliver the car after said phone call. Needs to be looked at as it is rather irritating to say the least.

Drop off procedure went well and quickly, collection on return was as good so would definitely use again.

I've used LG Parking for many years now, always do a good job at a reasonable price. Small point this time is that it took an extraordinary length of time for our car to arrive this time, hence only 4 stars.

Drop off was fine. Pick up, slightly troubling as the dedicated mobile phone no was unavailable for about 15 minutes and then went to voicemail. When I got through I was told the car would be delivered in 20 or 25 minutes. In fact it arrived in about 15 minutes which was a very pleasant surprise. So 4/5.

Attendant was there to greet us on arrival- car returned and picked up no hassles- would thoroughly recommend.

Called as directed and someone was there to greet me on my arrival. All went smoothly on the return. The driver had messed with my height settings on the seat (no issue with adjusting the leg but height for a few miles drive?!) and the radio controls which was a nuisance.

Good prompt service at a reasonable price.

Best return time for a long time. But weren't available to answer the first call attempt after getting luggage.

The drop-off and collection worked extremely well. I did, however, wonder why they had disconnected my dashcam…..
