Only thing stopping a 5 stars review, is not informing of the extra charge on leaving the car park (only £3.00).

Phoned in 15mins before arrival as requested and driver was waiting for us at designated point. On return from holiday, when I rung the driver, there was no reply. Tried 4 times, no reply. Driver then called me, and confirmed our meeting point. Car arrived 5 mins approx after we had got to the meeting point. Hand over was good, but nothing in the paperwork mentioned a car park charge. Now we know the procedure, would still use this parking option again.

Excellent. With one slight reservation. Having to pay car park fee on the return journey was not clear from original booking, but was made clear when we phoned to announce our arrival.

Very good service. Only one problem; despite a confirming e-mail from yourselves, the person answering the phone didn't know my car had changed. Internal communications glitch? - otherwise, excellent.

Collection was very good but upon our return our airline changed our point of arrival. No problem it seemed but unfortunately the driver brought us the wrong car which meant a further wait making that part of the experience unsatisfactory.

Upon arriving at "the correct location " for North Terminal, I was annoyed by the too vigilant for pleasantness of the Traffic Wardens. They did not want one to stop even for a minute in order that Park N Go man could attend to the collection of the car. IT would be preferable it Park n Go could do somethying about this aspect of service as in the past this has not been an issue.

LGW Meet and Greet Saver were very good, responded quickly to an booking admin problem and were there to greet me at short notice at 6.30am. Return flight delayed, but all worked well (took about 10 mins extra due to general weather delays)and car returned in good shape with about 10 miles on the clock.

We had to wait longer than normal at Gatwick for the car to be returned, but at the price it was great value, and we were pleased to see the car had travelled just 10 miles!
