Great! The return flight was altered by 4 hours but despite this we experienced no problems.

Easy to use and easy pick-up and good value too.

Clear directions. Plenty of space. Regular bus service to and from the airport. Even with a ticket issue on exit, reception staff very helpful and no real delay caused.

When I got to car park in the early hours had a panic and wasn't sure if it was right car park, although I had booking ref the man was totally uncooperative, so I spent the week worrying that I would have to pay again. When I took the booking ref no on return he tapped it in and said there was no problem. Why couldn't the man the week before been more co operative and saved me a lot of aggravation. Especially When there was no need he had a booking ref no.

Close to airport and good friendly bus service. Only objection - why can't we use the ticket to exit the car park?

The experience at the car park was perfect, is park and go that was not good. the staff at the car park did not have my booking and caused lots of delays on arrival and departure. the staff at car park told me they never receive your bookings and customers always have problems. I would suggest you review your booking policy. thanks

Easy to dind, good value and quick pick up. Only one fault the signs in the terminal say buses/coaches lower level.. yet you have to stay on the top level marked cars/taxis to get the bus to the long term parking for SOuth terminal. When you are tired, after long delays due to storm disruption, you really donlt want to be on the wrong level.
