All was ok except my ticket had cashier printed on it upon arrival, so I had a delay when returning because I had to visit the desk. Get the number plate recognition system sorted out!

Hi I can't complain about the parking,but when I came to the exit,the ticket I had would not open the barrier,so I had to take my confirmation to the office,and get another ticket to allow me to exit,which was not very convenient.

Number plate recognition didn't work so had to get out go into office and get card etc, also had to get shuttle to north terminal as wasn't stated on booking, spaces very smal for large vehicles.

this was he first time we had used this service. Instructions for return were very vague and it took us ages to find the right place to get the bus. Also, guy on the bus was very stroppy when we finally did board after waiting about 30 mins Good value but needs a bit more customer service especially when individuals have just got off a flight and are not at their best.
