Reviewed on 8th May 2014We had a problem finding the car as the lane markings in car park B are not all visible from the bus stops- so we got off at the wrong stop. Why no numbers at both ends of lane 32/33. Exit signs need to be clearer.

Reviewed on 1st April 2014When I got to car park in the early hours had a panic and wasn't sure if it was right car park, although I had booking ref the man was totally uncooperative, so I spent the week worrying that I would have to pay again. When I took the booking ref no on return he tapped it in and said there was no problem. Why couldn't the man the week before been more co operative and saved me a lot of aggravation. Especially When there was no need he had a booking ref no.

Reviewed on 12th December 2012Easy to book on line. Check into the car park was simple - the ticket printed had my car registration number on it. Quick transfer to terminal. Return was no problem once we found the Departure point for the bus. NB: NONE OF THE 5 IN MY PARTY SAW ANY SIGNS IN THE ARRIVALS AREA (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) FOR THE LONG-TERM ON-AIRPORT PARKING RESULTING IN US WASTING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME SEARCHING ON 2 LEVELS AND ASKING "OFFICIALS" FOR HELP). Once we found the bus, the procedure was simple and quick. [YOU WOULD HAVE HAD 5 IF THE SIGNAGE HAD BEEN BETTER]

Reviewed on 1st January 2012Everything was ok except the bus service back to the car. There did not seem to be sufficient buses to cope with the number of people returning. There were 3 of us, I decided to go to the car on my own leaving my 2 friends with bags at the terminal. The bus was so overcrowded. Everything else was fine.

Reviewed on 17th May 2011Parking the car and catching the shuttle bus were easy and efficient but when we arrived at exit, on departure, the ticket did not work. I had to go in and see the person on duty who said there was no record of my booking. I went back to the car to dig out the booking form and then he sorted the ticket quickly and told me it was just a faulty ticket. I never found out why he could not find my booking details. We were tired after a long flight and could have done without the delay. The car park is very close and convenient so I would probably still use them again but hope that we do not have a delay on departure in the future.

Reviewed on 25th March 2011It was all going so well, I parked the car and caught the bus without a problem and the same on the way back but when I got to the barrier to go home my ticket was not accepted and the reception had no knowledge of my booking at all. Fortunately I had brought two copies of the booking form with me so I could had one over to the reception and I finally the barrier was raised and I was able to go home!

Reviewed on 3rd March 2009I would use this car park again, as was convenient and transfer was quick. The downside is that after we left the car park we noticed that our rear bumper had been bumped by another vehicle.
