Excellent experience, very easy to use and easy access to the terminal so no long transfers. Would use the service again next time i fly from LGW.

So easy and convenient. Just remember to write the park letter and space, as well as bus stop on the back of your ticket. Jump on a bus and go.

Excellent! I managed to book the wrong car park, booked South then found out we were flying from North, this wasn't a problem i just called the number on the confirmation slip and he told me to park in the North car park then take the ticket to the attendent along with my payment receipt on my return, it wasn't a problem, it took 5 minutes to check out! Perfect outcome.

Easy to find - bus stop nearby - fast transfer and on return very easy to locate vehicle and exit car park.

Easy to find. Bus arrived within minutes. Journey time 5 mins. Return bus home was outside the arrivals point could not have been better. No problems with exiting with the ticket, barrier went straight up.

Everything was fine, nice easy service. Only issue was my ticket wasn't registered to my car so had to go to the customer services office to get it all sorted out.

Excellent facilities making the experience very easy & hassle free.On return our car had a flat battery & someone was with us within 5 minutes to get it started. Great service!

Exellant, close to South terminal just 2 mins in a bus. Buses every 10mins out and back.
