Reviewed on 17th May 2011Parking the car and catching the shuttle bus were easy and efficient but when we arrived at exit, on departure, the ticket did not work. I had to go in and see the person on duty who said there was no record of my booking. I went back to the car to dig out the booking form and then he sorted the ticket quickly and told me it was just a faulty ticket. I never found out why he could not find my booking details. We were tired after a long flight and could have done without the delay. The car park is very close and convenient so I would probably still use them again but hope that we do not have a delay on departure in the future.

Reviewed on 20th April 2011Car park excellent, bus service very fast and frequent. However on return I had to go to customer sevices and they were very suspicious of my booking. They claimed that they didnt know I was coming even though I had the printed booking form and confirmation that I had paid. Several people came to scrutinise my paperwork before issuing me with an exit ticket. I felt a bit like a criminal - no idea what Id done wrong?

Reviewed on 5th April 2011Very good, but I have parked in the summer and the waiting times are not so good. Bus drivers could try to be more friendlier. But some customers are rude so I can't blame them.

Reviewed on 25th March 2011It was all going so well, I parked the car and caught the bus without a problem and the same on the way back but when I got to the barrier to go home my ticket was not accepted and the reception had no knowledge of my booking at all. Fortunately I had brought two copies of the booking form with me so I could had one over to the reception and I finally the barrier was raised and I was able to go home!
