Long Stay South Terminal Reviews

It was easy to book up and pay for. It was a lot cheaper than getting a taxi or friend to take us. We arrived, took a ticket as usual and parked the car. We waited less than a minute before the free bus arrived to ferry us into the departure drop off. On return from our holidat, we caught the bus back to our car, drove to the barrier, inserted our ticket and the barrier opened to let us out. It was the easiest bit of the holiday and I would recommend it to everyone. If your return flight is delayed, your car is still waiting for you in a secure compound.

Fantastic - quick, easy and hassle-free. Didn't even have to wait for a coutesy bus, either end. Would definitely use you again and can highly recommend Park & Go.

I recently used LGW Long Stay south terminal, was a little confused with the signage "Long Stay Plus" that pops up from time to time on route to and from carpark. Having said that i found the whole experience very smooth. Excellant directions to the section for parking at your arrival. All the site seems to be givena major make-over . Good clear markings to remind you where your vehicle is parked. Clearly marked Bus Stops, even the transfer buses seem like a new fleet. I also like to park my own car which you do at Long Stay. In the past another LGW park & ride company had trouble locating my car on my return. It took them 45 minutes to find where they had stacked it off site. It was simple getting in and out of the site-apart from that initial confusion of signage at the entry to parking. Park & Go offered the best rates - a good service all round - i shall return again for sure!

This was my first time using this service. Previously I have used meet and greet. My last experience of meet and greet lacked a great deal of reassurance and was kept waiting a long time for collection and return of my car. This time we decided to try something else. The prices of gatwick parking are matching meet and greet and therefore seemed an obvious option. I found this service very easy, straight forward and no hanging about. I will continue to use this service and recommend it to everyone I know. It's affordable, straight forward and safe. To top this experience my car even started first time.

Very good services, friendly driver, very close to terminal, reasonable cost.

Great service, very polite and prompt. Plane was delayed by an hour and a half but no issues with picking car up or extra charges. Will use this service again.

Excellent fast service with no delays. There was a bus waiting at the stop nearest where we parked when we arrived and again at the airport on our return.

Excellent our first time of using the car park it was so easy no hassle would use again and recommend.
