No issues right until the point I collected the car. It absolutely stank of cigar smoke. Disgusting and not acceptable. It made that fact that all the seat, heater and mirror controls had not be returned a mere inconvenience. Would not use again.

Firstly the person you call is not the most welcoming and polite, secondly we were waiting for about 20 minutes for our card arrive, thirdly the person dropping my car off hit the top of my vehicle on the height barrier as he did not lower the vehicle properly. He was not apologetic and I have also complained to the company and they have not got back to me as he has damaged the top of my vehicle.

Can't complain. The same way I left my car I got it back in the same condition. The guys did a good job, well done.

It's an excellent service with someone there all the time. It did take 25 minutes to bring the car back though.

Everything was fine up until the pick up on my return when there was a mixup with the terminal and then they got the right terminal but the wrong floor and the driver told me I’d have to pay for the parking as the mixup wasn’t their fault not happy, I’ve used park and go before with no real problems so maybe this was a one-off.
