On return, rang and informed would take about 20 minutes which worked out fine timing wise. Car ready for collection no issues would recommend and use in future.

Reviewed on 5th December 2018On departing UK the process was easy and no faults, however when we returned late at night, we were left standing in Car Park 5 for over an hour in the cold. I contacted the control office and was informed that they had been in an accident hence the delay and our car would be with us in 5 minutes. I called again and they said it was on its way which was not true. Having called again as cold, it turned out that they had to jump start my car left me hanging without notifying me at the first call. I would not have minded if they were honest and told me this at the start and that I would have waited longer. Not impressed.
