Very impressed with the service. The drivers were prompt and courteous. Hope the standard of service will continue as we intend to use them again.

We had booked with Gatwick Meet and Greet but less than 10 days before departing we received a call from Park and Go to advise that GMG couldnt maintain our booking so they moved us to Sure Parking for the same price etc and have to say a lovely service quick greet at LGW and car returned within 10 minutes of calling and that was after a delayed flight home so excellent service, cannot fault them.

Took us less time to drop off the car and get through departures, than it did to get a coffee! Really pleased with how quick and easy this was and drop off so close to the airport entrance. From phonecall, after getting through baggage collection, to getting in our car and on our way home was less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend and would use again.

There was some confusion on my part with timings. I basically booked it for the midnight, but online I didn’t specify for the next day as the time was set to 00:00. There was no issues what so ever with me coming more or less the next day, it was seen as a genuine mistake, which it was. A great service which was just a phone call away !

We book through Park and Go quite a lot however this was our worst experience at the end of the trip. Everything with drop off was really good however on our return we phoned to say we had landed and were in the arrival hall as we had no luggage to collect. The man answering the phone said our car would be 10 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and nothing - we then had to phone again and request the car again. This time it was 10 minutes. The driver was also very unhappy and had no idea why the dispatcher had not carried out the action.....

Sure Parking are, in my opinion the most efficient and reliable meet and greet operators at Gatwick Airport. I have used them multiple times and they have never let me down.
