Sure Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Drop off was very straightforward and efficient however when we came to collect our car we had to wait 30 minutes which we felt was too long a wait for meet and greet service.

We arrived in car park a little later than scheduled but it was no problem and staff were there to collect car and we signed paperwork and off we went on our holiday Upon returning we called them after we collected our baggage and again were a little later then expected but no problem. We waited around 10 minutes for our car to come. The car was a little muddy inside on the mats and this is reason for only 4 stars. Other than that, a good job.

Great service. Was easy and very convenient. Only thing was as we didn’t have baggage they asked us to call when we landed so they can bring the car round. We did this and they ended up phoning to chase. Was a bit annoying as we were still walking through the endless corridors. Probably just more of a moan from me. Otherwise great!

Prompt at drop off. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone after we’d landed told us to go to Level 1. We were there for 15 minutes in the cold (after coming from hot Mexico) and a random lady told us to go to Level 3! It was so busy on Level 3 and we waited another 20 minutes. Staff were great though apart from this.

Quick and easy service to use. Having a representative waiting in a big yellow van makes for speedy drop off.

Prompt and convenient service but it can be busy in the morning when dropping off and not enough staff. When picking up, the staff need to ask for ID as he just handed over the keys as I approached him.

Dropping car off was simple and quick. When we returned we had a 10-15 minutes wait for car. Car was returned with no issues. Would use again and also recommend.
