We book through Park and Go quite a lot however this was our worst experience at the end of the trip. Everything with drop off was really good however on our return we phoned to say we had landed and were in the arrival hall as we had no luggage to collect. The man answering the phone said our car would be 10 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and nothing - we then had to phone again and request the car again. This time it was 10 minutes. The driver was also very unhappy and had no idea why the dispatcher had not carried out the action.....

Not advised in advance that drop off point had been changed and was different from the printed instructions. Phoned in advance but line busy and left message as requested therefore did not get verbal notification of change. Problem contacting on return - phone not ringing and cut off when eventually did get through.

Fine when dropping car off (despite the wrong name on the collection receipt) Horrendous when collecting - had to wait 25 minutes in the car park (hardly a meet and greet!). Complained to the driver and he told me “it’s not my job - the call centre is rubbish”. He then left the paper from the footwell on the floor of the car park despite me asking if he was putting it in the bin...

Whilst I was happy with the arrangements with the parking as everything went smoothly, I was very unhappy with the dash cam being disconnected. What are your drivers trying to hide? Do they really drive that bad? The camera wasn't noticed until we were well into our journey home so if there had been an accident there was no evidence. You should tell drivers not to interfere!

I use lots of airport valet companies, never had reason to complain before. However, there's always a first time!! Admin was straight forward & worked well as I had a last minute change of car details. Then it all changed, the man collecting the car was slow & disorganised. 3Three separate parties wanting to get going for their flight, didn't seem to realise that people aren't there to hang around!! Need more staff if a busy drop off time. The man dropping car back was v v rude. Lots of people waiting around for cars. The man delivering didn't make himself known, we had to find him and wait to speak to him, once it was our turn he was v rude. There really was no need to be rude. We were all pleasant, we weren't bothered we had to wait around for him to arrive (25 minutes), he than had a go at us for not finding him faster!! Not what I'd call good customer service. Will take my business else where next time. Lots of competition about. Sure Parking, improve your front line people, their organisation and their manners pronto!!

We had to wait nearly 15 minutes to drop off the car and 35 minutes from phone call to delivery of vehicle. This was unsatisfactory and not the service we have received from other similar operators. At least they apologised for the delays.
