Drop off:- Saw the van, and knew we were in the right place. Met the rep (with the orange vest), kept it simple. Collect:- Phoned as advised. Ambled to the drop point, same van :) Car appeared as expected. Conclusion:- First class service from start to finish. Would I use you again:- oh yes. Would recommend Sure Parking:- you bet. I waited 25 minutes for my car to turn up at car park 5 north terminal Gatwick airport while waiting I rang once to find out where my car was as I look to the road approaching the barriers my car was speeding down the road he has to slam the breaks on to stop at barrier not very happy about the way my car was being treated it is a £40,000 car.

Disappointed all the settings on my car had been messed around with: completely unnecessary and just out of line. My Apple car play now won’t work as someone else’s phone has obviously been linked to it.

Good experience, easy to drop off. Because our flight was early and our luggage was quick arriving on conveyor we had about a ten minute wait to getting our car.
