Reviewed on 25th November 2017Meet and Greet from Gatwick. Arrival fine, courteous and efficient. Collection ...It would have been nice if the representative had offered to put our bags into the car for us. He gave us the car keys, paid for the parking ticket and was walking away as he said goodbye. Not the greatest of customer service.

Reviewed on 20th September 2017The Park n Go drop off arrangements were fine and it was convenient to drop the car and head straight into the terminal. However, on pick up, we were informed NOT to call until after we have collected all of our baggage - to avoid delays. But these are delays at their end. We called at 7.20pm as we were leaving the baggage hall. We were told that it was a "very busy time" and there would be a delay of half an hour. If we had called as we had left the plane heading through passport control, then this would have been fine. As it was, we were in the car park at 7.30pm and the car did not arrive until 8pm. We may as well have got the bus to an airport car park so I did not feel that the meet and greet element was really worth it.

Reviewed on 31st August 2017The information on your voucher re dropping the car was incorrect i.e. It directed me to wrong car park ( Car park 5 ) and I had to find the right car park i.e. car park 6. When we returned , there was a long delay on getting the car to the airport.

Reviewed on 16th June 2017Collection was very good however return of the car was very slow. This has happened in the past and it's very frustrating standing in the cold waiting for your car to be returned.

Reviewed on 13th June 2017The confirmatory papers directed us to the wrong carpark (5 - 4th floor) instead of 6 - 4th floor. 5 is tortuous to navigate up and down but after a phone call we were met eventually in the right place. This all took about 15 minutes but luckily we had enough time. I have also notified you two days ago of a missing cover for my tow hook from the front bumper but have not received any reply as yet.

Reviewed on 12th October 2015Great for the ease of dropping and collecting the car from the airport, but confirmation letter stated a different car park level to the one from where the car was supposed to be collected. They were 35 minutes late, rude and unfriendly. On the return journey they were 10-15 minutes late, didn't ask for an ID confirmation it was my car (so anyone could have taken it) but were friendly and polite.

Reviewed on 9th October 2015Performance of the office through which booking made was fine, also the return arrangements. However, that of orange jacketed staff at departure stage of my journey was very unsatisfactory. There had been a misunderstanding about where to meet them and their attitude was unfriendly and discourteous. A more meaningful rating would have been 4 or 5 for office staff and staff who returned car but 1 at best for those at handing over of my car.
