Sure Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

I have to compliment you on your service which was excellent. On our arrival at Gatwick we were panicking due to an unfortunate delay which gave us 10 minutes to check into our Easy-Jet flight. Your assistant working on the early morning shift on the 8th was very understanding & dealt with us without delay. The car was also delivered on time & efficently. My only suggestion is that you should alter your paperwork re which level in Carpark 6 that one should pickup. We spent a short time on level 4 before I remembered, amidst the panic, that your chap had mentioned level 1.

We have used this service several times without any hitches. The guys are there to meet you at the drop off of your car and quick to arrive with your vehicle upon your return. Will be using again next holiday.

We were met on time, taking any anxiety out of checking in etc. A short wait of 5 minutes on return, but all very efficient and friendly. V good service & good value which we'll use again.

Second time we've used Sure Parking in about six weeks. Another good experience, they were at Gatwick to receive the car when we arrived and brought it back very quickly on our return. Polite staff, will be booking again for our next trip shortly.

After hearing reports about meet & great I must admit I was nervous. However the handover at Gatwick was very quick & easy, which then allowed ust to just walk into the airport to start the holiday stress free. On return I called to advise arrival and the representative was at the meeting place within 5 minutes of me walking to the meeting point. As they say "It did what it said on the tin". I would use again.

Both collection on departure and delivery on arrival went very smoothly. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent service, they were there when we arrived and they brought the car as soon as we came back. We didn't have to wait at all.
