Good service. Were punctual and collection and delivery of car was as described. Only small but rather annoying problem was the arrival description. On the site it gave 1 destination car park and level. On the printed off voucher it was different and when we phone 20 minutes before it was altered yet again so be careful to take note of what it is when you phone 20 minutes before arrival. Would give a 5 rating but for this. Would recommend it though.

Very efficient service, met all my expectations - well worth extra cash for valet parking.

Have used Sure Parking a number of times. They have a good pick-up service but are consistently late returning the car, taking over 1/2 hour rather than the advertised 20 minutes.

Good service. Car was collected and returned quickly and with no issues.

No problems but had to wait at least five minutes on both journeys despite calling at the correct times. Good value for money non the less.

Gatwick has now completed the new Car Park and it's made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend Park & Go. This is the third time I've used them and will definitely be using them again.

Convenient service as just had to get to the airport and not worry about transfers or finding a space, but had to wait almost 10 mins for them to collect/deliver my car to me. Advisable to ring a bit earlier than they recommend!
