Sure Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

This is my first time I have used this company at Gatwick Airport and found the service excellent. The drivers who picked up and returned my car was friendly and courteous.

Very easy, efficient service. Instructions were clear and handover was quick. Got return terminal mixed up but they agreed to meet us at terminal we arrived to which was appreciated.

First time using this service and I was very impressed! Am already set to book them for my next trip. The car park was easy to find then we handed over our keys and then made our way down to departures. Upon arrival we did arrive late at night and I was a little concerned I couldn't see anyone in the car park but rest assured my car appeared about 5 minutes later, so very impressed!

Hassle free parking - We were driving out of the car park about 15 minutes after taking our last piece of luggage off the conveyor belt.

Drop off great but when returning and collecting had to wait longer than advised which was a pain as it was late and travelling with children.

Rep was waiting at airport at the designated time for our departing flight and was stood with our car as we got out of the lift when we returned from holiday. no waiting at all, excellent service, very good.

Smooth process. Guy waiting for us when we arrived. Instructions to pick up car could have been better/correct. Luckily we worked out to go to the car park where we were dropped off.
