Sure Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Fabulous as always. Definitely use again in the future.

Easy to park and no waiting for dropping off or picking car up.

Sure Parking Meet and Greet were great, there was someone waiting when we dropped the car off and it was ready when we returned. No hold ups at all.

Excellent service both on departure and arrival. Drop-off/collect right next to the North terminal. Staff waiting ready for drop-off outbound and car returned within 5 minutes of arrival homebound. Lastly, the fee was lowest available and included short-term parking ticket. 5*

Prompt at drop off. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone after we’d landed told us to go to Level 1. We were there for 15 minutes in the cold (after coming from hot Mexico) and a random lady told us to go to Level 3! It was so busy on Level 3 and we waited another 20 minutes. Staff were great though apart from this.

They were very quick and organised on arrival and departure. Will book again as probably the most efficient we have used (and we have used lots) and on arrival to Gatwick we had exhausted kids so was great. They were there waiting for us rather than the other way round.

Quick and easy service to use. Having a representative waiting in a big yellow van makes for speedy drop off.

The staff at both drop off and pick up were helpful and efficient. We were however disappointed that someone had been sitting in the back seat of the car at some point and left crisps all over the seat and also left a book in the foot well…. Not great.
