Prompt pick up and return back. Friendly team.

Prompt at drop off. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone after we’d landed told us to go to Level 1. We were there for 15 minutes in the cold (after coming from hot Mexico) and a random lady told us to go to Level 3! It was so busy on Level 3 and we waited another 20 minutes. Staff were great though apart from this.

Fantastic service from drop off to collection. No waiting when we arrived and 10 minutes wait to collect my car. Would used Sure Parking Meet and greet again.

Sure Parking Meet and Greet were great, there was someone waiting when we dropped the car off and it was ready when we returned. No hold ups at all.

Excellent service both on departure and arrival. Drop-off/collect right next to the North terminal. Staff waiting ready for drop-off outbound and car returned within 5 minutes of arrival homebound. Lastly, the fee was lowest available and included short-term parking ticket. 5*
