Excellent service both on departure and arrival. Drop-off/collect right next to the North terminal. Staff waiting ready for drop-off outbound and car returned within 5 minutes of arrival homebound. Lastly, the fee was lowest available and included short-term parking ticket. 5*

Very pleased with the service given.

Prompt at drop off. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone after we’d landed told us to go to Level 1. We were there for 15 minutes in the cold (after coming from hot Mexico) and a random lady told us to go to Level 3! It was so busy on Level 3 and we waited another 20 minutes. Staff were great though apart from this.

They were very quick and organised on arrival and departure. Will book again as probably the most efficient we have used (and we have used lots) and on arrival to Gatwick we had exhausted kids so was great. They were there waiting for us rather than the other way round.

Quick and easy service to use. Having a representative waiting in a big yellow van makes for speedy drop off.

The staff at both drop off and pick up were helpful and efficient. We were however disappointed that someone had been sitting in the back seat of the car at some point and left crisps all over the seat and also left a book in the foot well…. Not great.

After a bad start to our holiday. We had to change cars to drive to the airport. We phoned Sure Parking on route to the airport. They were fantastic, efficent and our booking was amended with immediate affect. We were met at the airport, dropped off our keys and on our holiday. GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU.

Excellent service will definitely be using again. No waiting to drop off or pick up the car. Couldn’t fault anything.

On time, should specify floor 1 is second floor so head up one floor in orange car park. Left wallet in the car and the driver chased me down. Excellent service.
