Reviewed on 12th February 2012The driver arrived to pick up the car just as we drove into the waiting area - excellent. He politely introduced himself, clearly explained the return procedure and then drove the car away leaving us to get on with our holiday. On our return to a snowbound and chaotic Gatwick we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the driver to deliver our car, already nicely warmed up, hand over the keys and we were off home! All very professional and highly recommended

Reviewed on 25th January 2012A pleasant company to deal with and although my car was returned safely I think communication within their staff needs to be much better as waiting 25 mins for collection (at departure) then having to wait again (30 mins) on our return left us feeling pretty miffed at the choice of company. Shame, because they were all nice to talk to.

Reviewed on 9th January 2012The Gatwick Valet Parking Company was very easy and helpful to deal with. Arriving to depart the airport, the driver was prompt and provided all paper work. My return journey was significantly delayed (several hours), and the company were very understanding. The car was waiting for us when we arrived at the meeting point. All in all a very good experience and would definitely recommend/use the company again.
