Reviewed on 7th October 2025Good experience for the drop off but the pick up was different. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the car to be delivered. The driver was seen in another car about 10 minutes after phoning and then turned up 20 minutes after that. If we had been told that it was going to be that long we would have waited inside the airport rather than in the cold car park.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2025The experience with The Gatwick Valet Parking Company, booked through Park & Go was faultless. We phoned before we got there and the driver met us at short stay car park both before we went and when we got back. No problems I highly recommend them.
