Reviewed on 13th April 2026We had to wait for a rep to arrive and collect our car keys on departure (stressful when we followed the instuctions provided and had a long haul flight to check in for) Same on the return, notifying when we had our bags, but had to stand in a busy carpark with luggage and children for 20+ mins waiting for car to arrive.
