Departure was fine. On return from our holiday, my family had to wait for a hour in the early hours of the morning to receive our vehicle. On receiving our vehicle there was no apology. We have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company for a number of years and have always found their service to be excellent. From first contact, collection and pick up. This year their service was second to none. We had a 10 hour delay coming back from Orlando, which involved 2 unscheduled stops in Canada and Ireland. When we were able to contact them we found they we tracking the flight and were aware of the problems we were having. On our eventual arrival they were very prompt on the car drop off. Well done.
