The Gatwick Valet Parking Company Reviews

Unfortunately my car was damaged whilst in the care of this company, so cannot give them a higher rating. Still awaiting a response to my complaint and therefore a resolution.

Easy with no problems.

Drop off fine. Collection point not explained very well, despite speaking with the driver three times. When we finally located our car it was left in the car park unattended whilst he went to collect someone else's car! Clearly all the signs around the car park that state 'unattended cars may be towed away' meant nothing. He claimed it was all out fault as we took too long, however he didn't try to call us back once to try and help. I would not use this company again.

We like the facility very much as it seems to work.

Have used this company on quite a few trips and find them to be very good and would recommend, my only reservation was the car was returned quite dirty a quick hose over would have given them a 5 star rating!

Excellent prompt service made the beginning and end of our holiday so easy. Will definately use again. Thank you

Someone was waiting to take the car from me when I arrived at Gatwick and someone was waiting for me when I returned home. Couldn't be better. Only negative thing was the car was really quite dirty which tells me that it is parked in the open.

Very good parking facilities, you don't have to wait for shuttle to go to and from Car Park. I have already recommended this type of parking to other frequent flyers!
