Easy parking and no wait for driver both ways.

we use this site a lot and have always been satisfied. This time there was a slightly longer delay about 15 minutes for collection and the same on return. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Great service as always. After we called to explain we were delayed getting to airport, there was someone waiting for us as soon as we did eventually arrive, allowing us to get into the terminal straight away to drop off our luggage. Upon return, only a few minutes wait after calling enabled a swift return home. Definitely using next time.

Great service. Very easy to contact for the drop off and collection. There was not any waiting around, would recommend. 2 minutes walk and in the terminal.

Excellent service, we had 28h delay coming back. The Gatwick Valet Parking Company was in constant contact to make sure our vehicles were there when we landed with very minimal extra cost.

Both arrival and return went really smoothly. You are requested to phone ahead and the phone is answered immediately. Go to Car park six level three, park your car and wait for a short while and the driver comes to collect it. On our return, we rang from the baggage hall phone again answered immediately and we were told to go back to the same place and wait, within 10 to 15 minutes our car arrived. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again

Amazing! Simple to use and affordable. Drivers were efficient and friendly. Only have to pay £8 on the way out. Will use again!
