Reviewed on 6th March 2019We were booked for a 5am drop on 20th February 2019, rang the number as requested 15 minutes from airport no reply, kept trying still no reply, as we entered the airport ( good job we had used them previously and new where to go) had an answer which sounded as if the person had just woken up, said he would be about 10 minutes which came and went, had to phone again he said he would be a few minutes, he eventually turned up at 05:20, must say we were not Impressed, On our return 4th March the same person who always delivers our car turned up within 10 minutes and we were able to be on our way, he is a very nice and polite gentleman. Such a shame I had to mark the rating down due to the morning pick up.

Reviewed on 1st November 2018It was a tale of two experiences. Going out was a dream, could not have gone smoother. Coming back was a nightmare. I had to ring 14 times to tell them we were back. Eventually told car would be there in ten. After 30 minutes in a freezing car park they rang us to as what car we were waiting for!! Eventually car arrived after total of 50 minutes freezing. Chap was super apologetic but it hadn't been a nice experience at all.

Reviewed on 5th July 2018Prompt service with very little hold up. Only complaint was that the car was covered in bird droppings which some attempt was made to scrape off rather than wash.

Reviewed on 9th April 2018Easy instructions to get to car park. Had to wait for driver to arrive on arrival and collection of car. This made transaction less smooth. In past when I have used park and go services from other companies. They are always in the car park waiting for you.

Reviewed on 29th December 2017Arrived early hours of morning - had to wait for someone to come and meet us. Had to ring to find out where he was. On arriving back at airport - was about 20 minutes getting to car park from baggage collection. Was met by a very grumpy man who virtually threw our keys at us whilst asking us where we had been and why it had taken us so long and then stomped off. Also not amused that had to then go to a different floor to pay for ticket to get out.

Reviewed on 17th October 2017Having used you for several years now was disappointed to find that when my car was returned to me at Gatwick it looked like it had been parked in a field for 2 weeks. Not what I expected.

Reviewed on 16th October 2017Had to wait longer than we liked for both the drop off and pick up. Plus the car park charge had increased since instructions were sent out so I didn't have enough cash. We have experienced more efficient service from other providers.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2017The Guy whom originally met us was helpful and on time. However, when our car was returned it had been obviously used to carry other staff as their was mud on the passenger rear, and passenger seat mats. When questioned the guy making drop off denied all knowledge. This may seem trivial but not appreciated, apart from the cleaning this is not what you sign up for.... please take note Gatwick Valet Parking!!!

Reviewed on 28th September 2017I have used this company for years but the time spent waiting to drop off and collect your car is getting longer and longer. I waited 35 minutes and could have been half way home. Also called 20 minutes before arriving at the airport still had to wait over 20 minutes when I got there !!!!
