Reviewed on 26th September 2015On arrival things went fairly smoothly, although my car was not brought to me which it has been in the past. On my return which was later than expected, I was told that there would be a 20 minute delay, this turned out to be 30 mins, I was waiting at the lifts on level 1 for my car to be delivered, then a guy arrived showing me that my car was already parked and the exit ticket is now £3.50 which I did not know or have. He very kindly paid the extra 50p so I could leave.

Reviewed on 17th September 2015The parking drop off was disappointing. I was told that I would be met by a driver within ten minutes, but I actually had to wait for half an hour. The pick up was marginally better, with the driver only being five minutes later than I was told he would be. To be honest, I wouldn't really the wait so much if they were just more honest (or accurate) about how long it would be. Overall, though, the car was taken, stored (apparently on a muddy field judging by the mud on the sides of the tyres) and returned without damage, so they did do what they said they'd do. They just took longer to do it than advertised.

Reviewed on 15th September 2015Great experience on arrival friendly and professional man came to pick my car up. On returning to the UK I had a little trouble getting hold of the company (directed to answer phone 3 times) and it took more than half an hour after my call for my car to be returned. So perhaps I'll use the long stay car park next time as it would be quicker. And cheaper.

Reviewed on 12th September 2015Met us on arrival. Helpful and pleasant guy. But charged me extra due to my flight being delayed for 22 hours. Bit unfair as it was unavoidable.

Reviewed on 9th September 2015Although the plane was on time it still took 40 minutes and 2 phone calls for the car to arrive. Then I had to pay £3.50 to get the car out of the car park which I do not recall in advert.

Reviewed on 4th September 2015When dropping off the car it took the guy a while to find us because I had changed the car details but his sheet had the old car details on. Upon return to gatwick I called when we had our luggage, it took about half an hour for the car to arrive at the car park which was longer than expected. Overall not a bad service for the price.

Reviewed on 5th July 2015I was quite impressed with this service but there are a couple of things I would like to point out. I found it a bit confusing when I arrived at the short stay car park as instructed, I was told over the phone someone would be there to meet me, well it took a while for me to notice there was someone there. Also when my car was returned it was covered in sticky stuff like sap, so I think it must have been parked the whole week under some trees. I didn't notice it until the following day as it was dark when I collected the car. Apart from these points I was happy with the service, could have been improved if the car had been washed for me for my return.

Reviewed on 5th July 2015I have used Gatwick Valet Parking many times. On this occasion, the man arrived at the same times as us on the outward journey. On the return however it was 30 minutes from when we phoned with our bags before the driver showed up. I think he had been to the wrong terminal.

Reviewed on 17th June 2015Unfortunately my car was damaged whilst in the care of this company, so cannot give them a higher rating. Still awaiting a response to my complaint and therefore a resolution.
