we use this site a lot and have always been satisfied. This time there was a slightly longer delay about 15 minutes for collection and the same on return. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

All was excellent when we dropped our car off we was met by a very polite guy who explained to us where to go to get to departures and also what we do on arrival back to Gatwick. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was we had a bit of a wait once we arrived backed and called them but the guy did apologise and said traffic was really bad. Overall would definitely use these again and recommend them, one of the best we have used.

Drop off was great we had a small delay on pick up but overall service was good & would definitely use again.

It would have been 5 star but we were early on arrival and had to wait 20 minutes and go to BP garage to wait, unfortunately I drove through drop off so added £10, my fault, it is quite difficult to predict the exact time of arrival, traffic etc. Having said that all went very smoothly and pick up was excellent . Would recommend, would use again .

I have used this The Gatwick Valet Parking Company often and always found them efficient. This trip was no different. I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to collect my car. On return as I stepped out of the lift in the car park my arrived.

21 minute wait on return for car, very nice friendly agent to pick up drop off.

Very good service, polite people. Only comment I ended up paying £8 to exit the car park as the driver took considerable time to drive my car up to the level to meet me. Overall a very good service. Thank you.

Slow to pick up, 25 minutes wait, but we were early. Good drop off, 4 miles on the clock and cheerful driver.
