Reviewed on 23rd August 2017Very smooth handovers at drop off and pick up. Only need is for hands free when driving to airport as you need to give them a call 15 minutes before arriving. Will use again.

Reviewed on 22nd August 2017Great service. Had major concerns after stories in news about companies dumping cars anywhere and then one company went bust. But drivers on both journeys arrived within 10 minutes and everything went seamlessly.

Reviewed on 22nd August 2017Good communication with friendly staff. Car was picked up and dropped off on time. The only thing I would like to have seen is some id and official paper work from the pick up driver and receipt for condition of the vehicle.

Reviewed on 20th August 2017Very good service as usual - we were met on time for dropping the car off, one slight negative was whilst the car was ready to meet us on arrival coming back - we did have to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for the driver to re-appear.

Reviewed on 8th August 2017It was a very last minute booking and they helped me out. They forgot to wash the car but that was partly due to the late booking. They were very apologetic and refunded me immediately. Will definitely use again!

Reviewed on 8th August 2017Great service as usual, but just one point; I would suggest the messages left are picked up to avoid delay in returning cars. I left a message when I retrieved my luggage but had to ring again after arriving in the car park, which obviously resulted in a longer waiting time in the early hours.Other than that carry on the good work.

Reviewed on 7th August 2017The car was collected and returned very promptly. However, the car was returned in an extremely dirty condition (much worse than when we left it) and there was a new small scratch on the rear panel above the bumper.

Reviewed on 4th August 2017We got a very good price for meet an greet by booking early and were therefore pleased overall and staff were pleasant. However, we had a 30 minute wait for them in both directions, which was disappointing when the point of that service is to be on your way quicker.
