Excellent and prompt drop off but on return we were given the wrong location for pick when we notified arrival. However apologies were given and it would not stop me using this service again.

Excellent as usual. Have now used the Gatwick Valet company at least a dozen times, and the service is always very good. This time however we were away for five weeks and when the car was brought back, it was slightly dirtier than usual, had been under some trees I think. Hence only 4 stars. Usually I would give 5stars to them.

First time using this company. All straightforward and will use again.

I have been using Park @ Go about three times a year, for about 6 years. Never had a problem, always on time which is the main thing.

Very easy to book & pay. Easy drop off (although I had changed my time to an hour earlier which appeared to have not been communicated internally hence a space wasn't immediately available on my 15 minute approach, though thankfully was by the time I arrived. Very easy collection.

Great service, would be nice if given a row to take car to.

Some confusion about the exact pick-up spot in Orange Car park. Written directions could be clearer. Some delay on delivering back the car despite two phone-calls ahead. But otherwise good service.

All worked fine with prompt meeting for both departure and return.

On time for outward journey but had to wait 15 minutes on return.
